Who operates this site, the nature of the content published here, and how we handle the data you send us.
Content is authored by Natko Gereš, MD, PhD, specialist in psychiatry, registered with the Croatian Medical Chamber.
This site is educational in nature. It does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, a treatment recommendation or an offer of healthcare services, and it is not a substitute for consulting a physician.
Healthcare services are not provided through this business entity. It is registered for consultancy, education and research. Psychiatric consultations and transcranial magnetic stimulation take place at ABR Polyclinic, a licensed healthcare institution, under Croatian healthcare regulations.

The contact form does not send data to a server. Clicking the button opens your own email client with a pre-filled message that you send yourself. We therefore receive only what you choose to send: your name, email address and the content of your message.
Please do not send health information by email. Email is not a secure channel for special categories of personal data under Article 9 GDPR. For such conversations we will arrange a more appropriate channel.
We process your data solely to reply to your enquiry, on the basis of legitimate interest in responding to enquiries received (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) or steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Messages are kept for the duration of the exchange and for up to 12 months after the last contact, then deleted. Where a contractual relationship arises, statutory tax and accounting retention periods apply.
Messages are stored in Google Workspace (Google Ireland Limited). The site is served by Netlify, Inc., whose servers briefly log IP address and browser data for security and availability. These logs are not used for profiling.
This site sets no tracking cookies and uses no analytics tools. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which transmits your IP address; use a content blocker if you wish to avoid this.
Google and Netlify may process data outside the European Economic Area under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. Write to natko@natkogeres.com.
You may also lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP), Selska cesta 136, 10000 Zagreb, azop.hr.
